Contract BenefitsAL-TAR offers service contracts to make life easier for our customers. When a service contract is enacted the customer sets up the months that they would like the Preventive Maintenance preformed. You won't have to call, request a PM, and be fit into the schedule because your PMI will be our priority that month.
Preventive Maintenance DetailsYou will be provided with a Preventive Maintenance Inspection binder on our first visit. This binder contains all of the paperwork for every piece of equipment in the contract and will be left in the lab for your records, and for our next PMI. A preventive maintenance basically involves our technician will clean, calibrate, and inspect the equipment. If a part is needed they will replace it; If the equipment is broken they will repair it. Please be advised that charges for parts may apply. Our technicians will place a pre-made sticker on all equipment stating when the PMI was performed and when the next one is due, along with the specific results and calculations for each piece of equipment. Contract RatesWe are always willing to work with you on travel rates if you are far away from us. LABOR AND TRAVEL CHARGES ARE REDUCED! If you sign a contract with us then you don't have to pay the expensive non-contract rates.
