The Eppendorf Transjector 5246 is designed to perfect and automate various stages of microinjecting either cultured mammalian cells or suspended cells such as mammalian or acquatic oocytes. The basic 5246 delivers precise, reproducible injections from cell to cell.  The 5246 Plus features a built in pressure/vacuum supply to pick up, hold and release oocytes for injection.  Both models communicate with the 5171 micromanipulator to execute automated injection routines.
